What keeps you up at night? Do you worry about your future? Will you be able to afford retirement and what will it look like? How will you pay for your child's education? What about if you or your spouse will need long term care in the future? How can you best provide for a family member with special needs?

Where do you turn for guidance? Do you know where to begin?

Allen Gracey, CPA, takes a unique approach with his clients. Instead of talking about products, Allen begins by helping to formulate the vision for his client's future. What is important to the client, his or her values, priorities and objectives? Allen assists in creating a picture of those ideas, translating the ideas from intangible wishes to tangible action steps.

When asked about his relationship with his clients, Allen says, "My clients want to talk about their family, their business, and their dreams. They do not want to talk about insurance or investments. We talk about their future, and how they can achieve their goals. I truly enjoy and honor the long-term relationship I have with my clients."

Allen Gracey has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before he joined Northwestern Mutual, he served as vice president and controller of a large property and casualty brokerage, and managed two regions for a large life insurance company.

Allen has earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Allen is also an active member of the Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce.

As a member of Northwestern Mutual's Special Steps program, Allen works as an integral part of a team of experts including National Care Advisors to help families with special needs. He is experienced in special needs planning, including navigating third-party benefits and the legal issues involved in planning for a dependent with special needs.

Allen's Mission

“Allen Gracey’s mission is to help clients achieve their dreams and goals through education, planning and taking action.  In addition, Allen and his team take a unique approach in assisting families with special needs.”
